Berikut adalah estimasi daftar harga sewa alat berat terbaru di Indonesia (Jabodetabek) tahun 2025–2026, yang mencakup armada dari CV Sevensun dan penyedia jasa lainnya.
1. Estimasi Harga Sewa per Jam
Harga di bawah ini umumnya belum termasuk biaya mobilisasi (ongkos kirim alat), bahan bakar (BBM), dan uang makan operator.

2. Armada CV Sevensun (Tangerang)
Khusus untuk CV Sevensun, perusahaan ini menyediakan unit untuk proyek di area Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Serang. Armada yang tersedia meliputi:
Dozer: 4 unit.
Excavator: 16 unit (Bucket PC 200 & Mini) serta 3 unit tipe Breaker.
Vibro Compaction & Loader: Masing-masing 2 unit.
Dump Truck: 20 unit dengan indeks 6 hingga 22 m³.
3. Ketentuan Umum Sewa
Minimal Durasi: Biasanya minimal sewa adalah 50 – 100 jam untuk kontrak bulanan, atau minimal 8 jam untuk sewa harian.
Biaya Tambahan: Biaya mobilisasi (MOB-DEMOB) alat ke lokasi proyek biasanya berkisar antara Rp1,5 juta hingga Rp10 juta+ tergantung jarak dan ukuran alat.
Pajak: Sewa alat berat dikenakan PPh Pasal 23 sebesar 2% bagi yang memiliki NPWP.
